"Your designs and bundles are fantastic!"
I really dig your designs and bundles. They save me a ton of cash being on SS. However, I'm running into a bit of a snag. I have PE Design up to Next, and I can't seem to open your files. When I unzip them and try to access them in PE Design, it says it can't read them. Could you please make it compatible for me? Also, I placed another order after my first one. But before I sewed them out, everything was great!

I just can't get those files downloaded. They ain't showing up in my downloads folder. How can I check something I don't even possess?

"Falcon is Awesome!"
I've picked up a ton of stuff from Falcon Embroidery since they really are a fantastic company. Every design I've gotten is spot on for my needs. If I run into any problems, like ordering the wrong format (totally my bad), their customer service is super helpful and ready to sort things out. Just a quick call does the trick. Falcon is absolutely my top choice for designs.

"Awesome Digitizing Service"
I've had Falcon handle a bunch of custom designs for me. They get it done fast, make adjustments when necessary (which was just for one design), and the stitching quality is fantastic. They're my top choice for digitizing, and I've suggested them to quite a few folks.

"Gorgeous Patterns and Awesome Bargains"
Stunning patterns. Complimentary designs. Sales with dollars and discounts since the exchange rate can be pricey. It’d be awesome if the hours for free designs were extended, as I’m in a different time zone. The service and response to inquiries are really impressive.
